Responsibilities
Iprospect C2 is one of the hottest digital marketing
agencies in India today, part of the Dentsu Aegis Media group . As part of an
explosive growth strategy , Iprospect C2 is now looking for a business head to
own , manage and grow the North India operations based out of Delhi. If the CEO
opportunity always excited you, then this is just the role for you. You own the
P&L of the business along with driving strategy on how the company can grow
from a today 15 member operation to a 150 member operation in the next 1 year.
With a complete freehand on running the business and a direct reporting to the
Managing Director (Vivek Bhargava), you will be the driving force to everything
that happens in Delhi/North India. Along with you will also be a member of the
core team that drives overall strategy for Iprospect c2 and play a pinnacle
role within the agency. To be suitable for this position of Business Head you
will ideally come from a Digital or an integrated agency (heavy on digital and
search) background and have an entrepreneurial spirit as well as have fantastic
client facing skills. Especially as you will be managing some of this agency’s
flagship account and driving growth of the agency’s largest growth market. You
will be a strategic thinker with hands on approach and have a real flair for
digital media and communications. As the Business Head you’ll be expected to
ensure your team are motivated and equipped to consistently over deliver on
client expectations as well as: - Drive and create strong client relationships
to realize potential - Demonstrate strong, supportive leadership - Strategic
account development - Financial management of revenues and cost budgets - 10/10
in search and performance marketing - Understanding and experience of the
creative process - Should have managed large national and global digital
